According to the 25/2014. decree, about the safety consultation for dangerous goods’ forwarding, issued by the Hungarian Ministry of National Development, in Hungary every company, which deals with the forwarding of dangerous goods / wastes, should employ at least one safety consultant for the forwarding of dangerous goods and report it in a written form to the National Transport Authority. We undertake and do the tasks of the safety consultant of dangerous goods forwarding for companies throughout Hungary.
We call “dangerous goods” those types of goods (materials and objects), which are potentially flammable and explosive, harmful to health or environmentally harmful, and those which are identified like this by the code of dangerous goods forwarding of a given transport sector.
We undertake for companies, to determine if your company has to employ a safety consultant or not for the forwarding of dangerous goods according to the operative laws. After the preliminary survey a written recommendation will be published.
Personal consultation and preparation of the documents, required by the laws, for companies in connection with vehicular forwarding of dangerous goods, according to regular and occasional orders.
According to ADR policy, every person, in connection with the forwarding of dangerous goods, have to receive a training according to chapter 1.3 of ADR, in an appropriate degree to his / her position. The trainings could be held by a person with a valid certificate of safety consultant of dangerous goods.
We are responsible for the trainings in according to chapter 1.3 of ADR and the documentation appropriate of the laws, even in a combined form with the consultation.
